Bill Gates reveals the 'biggest mistake' he made at Microsoft
Microsoft missed the opportunity to become an influential organization in mobile technology because it was "confused" during the long-awaited war with US authorities, company co-founder Bill Gates said Monday.
While talking to a forum in Washington, Gates said that Microsoft will be more valuable when it wins a battle against mobile device operating software against Google and its Android platform.
In an interview with Washington, Gates said, "We were in the process of operating systems for personal computers, we knew that mobile phones would be very popular".
"We missed very little of the dominant mobile operating system. We were confused at the trial of our betrayal. We did not appoint the best man to work."
Gates, who passed a decade ago, said that due to failures in Microsoft, the failure of the mobile was "clean in our expertise."
"We were definitely a company that should have been achieved, and we do not," he said.
"Android is a huge resource for Google."
Gates praised the World Bank's current chief executive, Satya Nadella, for re-sharing Microsoft and brought it back to the world's most valuable company and brought more than $ 1 trillion in market capitalization.
However, Microsoft and other large software companies allow Amazon to turn Amazon into a major cloud computing firm through the Amazon Web site platform.
"It's a wonderful thing, and it's a great achievement for Amazon CEO, Jaffe Bezos and his team to come out of the front, and for the best Cloud Products of the USA," Gates said.
"Today Microsoft has two strong numbers ... (but) there are many companies with Microsoft that can feel bad" Failure to move beyond Amazon in the cloud.

Microsoft is a technology adviser. Gates said that he only spent about a part of the company and most of his time dedicated to his public base and an energy fraudulent fund which encouraged investment and helped against climate change.
Gates said he was disappointed by Bezos as the world's richest person. Being the number two in the millionaire list, he said, "This is a sign that I have not paid enough money to pay 10 rupees above my money."
